WooCommerce owns the commerce engine — payments, tax, stock and orders. Delta gives the agent a structured surface over it, so you can ask for catalogue and store changes in plain language and get them applied through WooCommerce itself rather than written straight into the database.
Product pages, the cart and checkout are rendered with your own templates and design tokens, so a shop looks like the rest of the site instead of a plugin bolted on.
