Activating your license
When you buy Delta you get a license key by email. Activate the theme under Appearance → Themes, and Delta opens its license form (powered by Freemius); enter the key there. Updates and the Cloud Library activate automatically.
Managing your account
Your licenses, invoices, and subscription live in the Freemius User Dashboard (Freemius is our licensing and payments partner, and your purchase email links there too). From it you can see which sites a license is active on, deactivate a site to free the seat for another, update billing details, or cancel auto-renewal.
To move a site, deactivate the license on the old install first, then activate it on the new one. Local and staging copies do not usually count against your site limit.
If your license expires
Your sites keep working. You stop receiving theme updates, and the Cloud Library (which requires an active license) pauses until you renew.
Updating Delta
Updates appear in WordPress like any theme update, under Appearance → Themes and on the Dashboard → Updates screen. Delta is pre-1.0, so review the changelog before you update a client site, and update on staging or after a backup. Delta also snapshots the design system automatically; you can restore it from Delta → Design.
Each release’s changes are listed in the changelog.
